What working with us looks like, step by step.
1. First call
You tell us what you are noticing. We ask a few questions and book a free inspection — usually within the week.
2. On-site look
One of our crew climbs up properly. We take photos, measure where needed, and answer questions there and then.
3. Written quote
Within two working days you get an itemised quote with photos, scope and a realistic timeline. No pressure to decide on the spot.
4. Booked in
You pick a window that suits. A 30 % deposit secures the date; balance is due on completion to your satisfaction.
5. The work
Daily WhatsApp updates with photos. Site kept tidy. Any change is signed off before it happens.
6. Hand-over & warranty
Final walkthrough, written warranty issued, and a follow-up visit six months later to check everything is settling well.
