From a single cracked tile to a complete strip-and-relay, our crew handles roofing across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor with the patience the tropics demand. Honest quoting, tidy worksites, work we are happy to put our name on.
What we handle
We do not push a one-size answer. A leaky valley needs a careful patch. A 30-year-old tile field needs a plan. Below is the work we take on most often — every quote begins with a free climb up to look.

Why homeowners stay with us
Roofs in Malaysia work harder than most. Two monsoons a year, humidity that never really leaves, sun that bakes everything in between. We pick materials, fasteners and sealants for that reality — not for a glossy product page from a different country.
From the journal
Short, useful reads from the work we do every week — written for owners and property managers, not other contractors.
The work you do in September decides how peacefully you sleep in November. A simple homeowner checklist.

“They quoted three days, finished in two and a half, and the site was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Our porch tiles have not leaked once through the last monsoon.”
“What stood out was the daily WhatsApp update with photos. As a landlord based in Penang I knew exactly what was happening on the roof in Petaling Jaya. Rare in this trade.”
“The inspection report alone was worth what we paid. Three contractors had quoted us a full replacement; Jarvisly showed us why a partial restoration would actually do the job.”
Common questions
No. Visual inspections for repair or replacement quotes within the Klang Valley are free. Formal written condition reports for pre-purchase or insurance purposes are a flat fee that we agree in advance.
For active leaks during monsoon season we aim to be on site within 24 to 48 hours, with a temporary make-safe patch the same day if conditions allow safe access.
Repairs carry a one-year workmanship warranty. Restorations carry five years. Full replacements carry ten years on workmanship, plus the manufacturer warranty on tiles or sheets.
Yes, on low-rise commercial properties up to four storeys, factory units and shoplots. Larger commercial work is taken on case-by-case.
Yes, Jarvisly Pro Sdn Bhd is registered with CIDB at grade G3, covering residential and small commercial roofing work nationwide.
Every quote is itemised: labour, materials, removal of waste and any access equipment. Nothing is bundled into a single mystery line. If we have to assume something we say so in writing.
We supply the photo report, scope of damage and itemised quote in the format Malaysian insurers usually request. We are happy to liaise directly with your adjuster.
