What we handle under repair work
Most calls fall into a handful of repeating patterns. Whatever lands in front of us, the order of operations is the same: find the actual source, fix it properly, document what we did.
- Leak tracing using moisture mapping and dye testing where the source is not obvious from above.
- Replacement of cracked, slipped or missing clay and concrete tiles, matched to the existing colour.
- Ridge and hip re-bedding where the original mortar has cracked or pulled away.
- Valley flashing renewal — one of the single most common leak points in older Malaysian homes.
- Skylight, soil-vent and antenna penetration resealing.
- Storm-damage make-safe within 24–48 hours, including tarpaulin and temporary patching.
What you can expect on the day
A two-person crew arrives in a marked van, sets up safety lines and ground sheets, and gets to work. Most domestic repairs are wrapped within a single morning or afternoon. We send photos of the issue before and after, so you have a record.
What it usually costs
Simple tile-replacement and resealing jobs in the Klang Valley typically land between RM 350 and RM 1,200. Valley flashing renewal and ridge re-bedding are usually RM 1,200 to RM 3,500 depending on linear metres. We will quote your specific situation in writing — no estimates by phone.
The warranty
Twelve months on workmanship for every repair we carry out. If the same issue recurs in that window from the same cause, we come back and fix it at no charge.

I cannot see where the leak is coming in. Can you find it?
Yes. Water often travels several metres along a batten before it drips visibly, which is why DIY patches miss the mark. We use a combination of physical inspection from above and moisture mapping from below to locate the actual entry point.
Do you work during rain?
We carry out emergency make-safe work in light rain, but proper repairs need a dry surface to bond correctly. We will tarp the area to stop further water entry and book the permanent repair as soon as the weather window allows.
Will the replacement tiles match my existing roof?
For roofs less than 15 years old, matching is usually straightforward — we keep stock of the most common Malaysian profiles. For older or discontinued tiles, we will discuss colour-matched alternatives or salvaged stock before ordering.
How fast can you respond to a leak during monsoon?
For active leaks we aim to be on site within 24 to 48 hours, with a temporary cover the same day where access is safe.
